These are also the only
added baffles that are
designed to be
aesthetically pleasing too.
All of these Custom Cast
Baffles are made from a
proprietary lifetime
material that is color
matched, cast into the
mouthpiece, and
repeatedly play tested at
every stage of the hand
shaping process to achieve
the desired sound. and
performance. Add on
baffles in metal
mouthpieces contain metal
flake. In the final stage
these baffles are polished
to a glassy smooth finish.
This is the only Custom
Cast baffle of it's kind on
the market and is patent
pending. You will
appreciate the sound,
performance and aesthetic
beauty. Custom baffles that
are made from plumbers
epoxy putty and roughly
shaped into the chamber do
not compare. Jary Custom

           Customizing Theory and Philosophy

                Every mouthpiece on the market starts out as a chunk of hard rubber, plastic or
metal, worth whatever the rough blank costs, maybe $35.00. It is the design and attention to
detail that makes a mouthpiece a player or a loser. All Jary Custom's are produced to the
absolute highest standards with no compromises. Every mouthpiece is play tested over and
over again during every stage of hand customizing. Attention to detail and dedication to
customers is why so many satisfied players say Jary Custom Mouthpieces are the best they
have played. Any and all custom modifications are available with any combination of
mouthpieces and chambers. The combinations are virtually unlimited. All customizing
procedures can be mixed and matched with any style mouthpiece (your's or mine) to create
a virtually unlimited variety of sounds. Send one of your mouthpieces that you do not like
and I turn it into a unique custom original that you will love to play.
                      I believe that almost any mouthpiece can be customized to play with
performance and sound qualities that exceed the finest pre-made and mass produced pieces
on the market. My special facing techniques allow even the smaller tip openings (.080" -
.095") to play with a big, flexible, free blowing feel. You get great overall control and the
option to use stiffer reeds if you like a more intense, "clipped" sound without losing high and
low end performance. Order custom facings up to .160" that play with surprising ease, quick
accurate response, smooth, seamless performance and a one of a kind custom sound.

made from the finest vintage style hard rubber compound. All Jary Custom Saxophone
Mouthpieces are hand customized to perfection and are available in the entire spectrum
of sounds, chamber sizes and baffles. Every Jary Custom Mouthpiece is a one of a kind
work of art and a great value when compared to the cost of most of the more popular
production and vintage mouthpieces. I don't make a profit on my blanks. I pass my cost
on to you and only make a profit on my customizing labor. I also customize all vintage
and new production mouthpieces. If you do not like your current piece, or you like it

metal Link pictures at the bottom are of an added or "add on" baffle that is custom cast from
a lifetime material. It is then all hand shaped, finished and polished to perfection. These
baffles are used to provide substantially more power and projection and are also used in
mouthpieces that do not have enough "meat" to create a reasonable baffle from the existing
mouthpiece material. Jary Custom will wake up the sound and performance of your Link
like never before. Choose the claassic Florida Link style sound and performance or anything
else from hardcore Rock N' Roll to Warm, Dark and Sultry. All metal mouthpieces are
beautifully replated. Complete or partial replating is available (so there is no raw brass in
your mouth). All replating is done in sterling silver Nickel Silver, Black Nickel, Rhodium or
